Administrative Supply Planning Support Role (6 Mon

This role involves supporting the chocolate supply planning hub with standardisation and execution of system based tasks which improve the execution of the weekly and monthly planning process.

The job role requires a comfort with data and system navigation and an ability to communicate with a wide number of people.

The supply planning hub creates and monitors conformance to the supply plan for the European chocolate business. Working with manufacturing plans to produce stock in line with the business requirements and with the demand planning function.

Main Responsibilities:
Creating quick replenishment files to share material requirements with suppliers

Purchase requisition creation & release to support delivery of materials at plants

Running need plans & reports for forward coverage on raw materials to share with procurement and suppliers

Maintenance of contracts with raw & pack suppliers

Raising scrapping requests for write off materials

Managing purchase orders through Coupa

Supporting the weekly planning cycle by pulling together the required reporting

Working with the planners to standardise required reporting across the total team

Running audit checks on master data set up

Supporting right first time master data creation for new SKUs

Managing elements of the co-pack process

Creating presentation decks ahead of monthly supply reviews

Note - role under development so potential additional responsibilities to be built in, would expect the successful candidate to help to scope out the role.

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements:

Mature English skills

Preferred:
University Degree

Comprehensive Supply Chain, Economical, Financial or Logistics education or experience

Fully Operational knowledge of SAP ECC/APO/BI in Supply Chain through formal training and experience

Supply Chain Management: knowledgeable of modern demand and supply planning concepts

Considerable operational management experience with supply planning or related processes

Work experiences in an international environment

Experience with IBP
