This firm is a busy high street private practice in Birmingham, recognised for its strong level of client care across a range of legal disciplines. Accredited by the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme, this firm employs experts in conveyancing and is experiencing a period of sustained success. Consequently, the firm is expanding its team and is hiring a Residential Conveyancer to work on a full time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to manage their own caseload at a busy high street firm in Birmingham. The successful Residential Conveyancer will undertake an array of duties which may include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; drafting and granting new leases; obtaining Land Registry documents; re-mortgages and; submitting and reviewing searches. Overall, this is a thriving firm that values its employees and by drawing upon your residential conveyancing experience, you will benefit from managing a rewarding caseload with the opportunity for career development.
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
Experience in commercial and new property development matters is desirable, but not essential in applications to the position.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be able to work unsupervised, managing a large caseload.
Working knowledge of the Law Society CQS protocol is essential.
It is advantageous if your communication and client care skills are of an exceptional standard.
