Tele Customer Manager- Retentions

Company: Yell    Location: Birmingham
Due to continued expansion, an exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for a Tele Customer Manager within our Retention team to join our Operations department in Birmingham.

You will be responsible for retaining customers who have called in with a request to cease their current program with Yell by engaging with customers to fully understand their requirements and recommend an appropriate Yell marketing solution in line with the customers needs.

The role

To have an in-depth knowledge of Yell digital marketing solutions and be able to align these effectively with the needs of the customer based on ROI.
Grow digital penetration by demonstrating the value of all Yell digital products.
Use the full digital portfolio to provide the best value based proposition for the customer.
Identify the appropriate opportunity to make a loss offer where applicable to help retain a customer with Yell.
Making outbound calls to loss contact customers.

The person

A high performing candidate with the drive and determination to deliver outstanding results.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to build effective customer relationship quickly.
The ability overcome objections and use all relevant tools in conjunction with this.
