Production Executive

As the Production Executive on our Marstons account, youll be based within our Birmingham office alongside the wider account team, who all report into the Account Director.

Key responsibilities include print and production planning, campaign management, stock distribution/management, and any print and POS procurement requirements.

This is a highly focused role with high levels of administration requiring candidates to be excellent communicators with an eagerness to gain knowledge within detailed creative artwork, print, POS, despatch and production methods.

As the Production Executive you will be required to:
Assist on campaigns and projects including print and POS. Management of accurate and timely deliveries to multiple UK sites.

Taking and managing accurate information from the client, formulating full production briefs, producing detailed print specifications to suppliers via our own system, Media Centre.

Manage requests for quotations by processing in a responsive manner inline within agreed KPIs.

Advising the client and the account management team on economic / efficient formats and specs within their quotations by working with suppliers to derive cost effective and fit for print projects including ongoing cost saving initiatives.

Maintain detailed job history via the use of the company procurement and management information including accurate administration, POs and reporting.

First and foremost, you should be a people person. You should be able to demonstrate exceptional people skills and be a customer focused fanatic.

You wont be micro managed here, the ability to manage your own time and deliver quality with speed is essential.

Advanced experience within Excel is essential. Vlookups should be a breeze to create and having a thing for numbers is your forte

Using your initiative and being pro-active is key to be able to thrive in this role

POS production experience would be highly advantageous but is not at all necessary
