Car Sales Administrator

Company: Blade Skoda Seat    Location: Bristol

Job Summary

Working within a small team to provide full sales administration from bringing new and used vehicles into stock through to invoicing when they are sold. Liaising with the service department to ensure that vehicles are prepared in a timely manner for them to be delivered to the customer. Monitoring where stock vehicles are on and off site.

Responsibilities and Duties

Downloading consignment vehicles from the VWG system and preparing the files when a used car is bought or brought in as a part exchange from a customer. Liaise with the accounts department regarding payments, ensuring that all additional sales are invoiced at the time of delivery to the customer. Processing deposit payments from customers when the vehicles are sold .Processing registration of vehicles through the AFRL system

Qualifications and Skills

Previous motor trade experience preferred. Knowledge of Pinnacle or Kerridge DMS and excel skills
