Part- time Position 18-20 hours per week
Salary £28,000 FTE
Bristol Zoological Society is recruiting for a HR/L&D professional to support the HR Director in the provision of a professional HR service for the Society. Key responsibilities include:
Providing advice and guidance to line managers on all employment related matters
Co-ordination of training and development needs, producing a learning and development plan
Designing and delivering an ongoing training programme to ensure managers are equipped with the skills and knowledge to get the best from their people whilst delivering the Societys mission and values.
To be considered for this role you will hold a relevant HR/learning and development qualification and have a thorough knowledge of up to date training best practices. You must have experience of developing and delivering engaging learning solutions across a range of topics.
The successful candidate will be confident and highly organised and must be comfortable working across a range of generalist HR activities in a busy environment. Previous experience of working at a similar level in a HR department is essential.
Working hours are flexible, to be agreed during the selection process, and could include extended non-working periods during school holidays as these are our busy times of the year and training is kept to a minimum.
