We are working with a client based in Coventry who has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager to join their team. The role will be to manage the Administration team within a sales oriented company and ensure the support level for the sales people always efficient and to the highest standard.
As an Administration Manager your role is to oversee a team of 7 within the administrative operations of a business. You will be in charge of the departments day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff. To supervise administrative staff and report to the company Director.

You will be responsible for handling budgets, create budget plans, find ways to reduce costs of supplies and services and monitor the flow of money to ensure they stay within their proposed budget.
As an Administration Manager your role will be, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. This may include ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance of the offices equipment and computers, maintaining meeting schedules and writing or reviewing contracts.
