My client is a market leading trade and services business providing hygiene solutions to businesses across the UK!
Job Description

As the Administration Manager you will be managing a team of between 5-7 Administrators with a wide range of responsibilities including all administrative support relating to sales, servicing, suppliers and all round office administration. As the Manager within the team you will be responsible for the recruitment and development of the administrative team, with a focus on building strong internal relationships with admin/ customer service at the centre of the business.

You will be responsible for the arrangement of the monthly leadership meeting, collating all reports and agenda and chasing up agreed action points from the meeting.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Administration Manager role MUST:
Have managed a team of 5 or more individuals

Be confident in the training and management of staff to ensure a proactive service with customers

Have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all internal departments

Have led/ managed all performance appraisals and staff development in general

Ideally have worked in a customer focused trade and services environment

What´s on Offer

Competitive salary up to £30,000 (slightly negotiable for ideal candidate)
