A great opportunity to work for a very well established a long standing multi branch independent agent with offices in the Warwickshire area. They are looking for a Lettings Administrator ideally with prior Lettings or Estate Agent experience for their office in Coventry.

Duties to include dealing with incoming telephone calls and to assist with the collection of rents, providing general typing support, dealing with the telephone and personal enquiries for the residential lettings and property management department, other general office duties.

Job Role:

To be the principal person to collect rent
To assist in the administration of residential lettings
To create and arrange viewings for prospective tenants.
To promote and arrange viewings and Market Appraisal of property
To create valuation and inspection opportunities
Deal with personal, telephone and written enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords
To facilitate lettings by negotiation between Landlords and Tenants on existing tenancies
To assist in any other requested tasks in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department
To produce legal documents and contract packs for lettings department
To provide assistance for any maintenance matters, arrange property inspections, manage diaries and assist with scheduling where required
To carry out your duties with all due diligence with regard for legal requirements
Answering all departments phones where required
