We are looking to hire new professional for 12 months day rate contract or FTC, on site in Coventry for the well-known banking Client, start date in February.

What does the role involve?

  • Application Review
  • Talent Pool monitoring
  • Telephone Interviews
  • Interview Scheduling
  • Delivering feedback
  • Offer administration
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties
  • Cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers when required

What experience do you need?

  • Strong communication skills including telephone manner
  • Attention to detail, great organisation and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Can do attitude
  • Team work orientated
  • Task orientated
  • Previous experience within financial services/ banking industry would be a plus
