Full Time Permanent Role

40 Hours Per Week

Working 5/7 days may include the odd weekend!

Starting Salary £16,016, This can rise depending on progression and length of service.

As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will include:

  • Talking to customers on a variaty of different work streams including over the phone, SMS, Email and chat.
  • Delivering great service to customers and effectively advising them were necessary.
  • Determination and resilience are key factors
  • An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
  • Effective listening skills
  • Adept at multi-tasking while listening to calls
  • A focused and keen attitude to work and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets
  • PC literate
  • Passionate and eager for a new challenge
