Assistant Communications Officer - Public Health &

Coventry City Council is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self motivated Assistant Communications Officer to deliver communications activities for the Public Health & Insight Teams.

As an Assistant Communications Officer you will be working on a range of communications campaigns, organising events, producing eye-catching publications, writing press releases and working with the media to communicate and promote the work of the Council.

This exciting post brings together elements of communications, insight and a focus on Public Health issues and services. The post would suit somebody with experience of journalism, marketing, public relations and the professional use of social media. Flexibility, creativity and enthusiasm is key to this role.
