Nulogic Training are looking for an individual with a passion for engaging and motivating young people to reach their potential through education; experience with functional and employability skills would be beneficial but are not an essential. The first date of employment would be the 16th March 2018.
Term time only; annual leave cannot be taken during term time.
The chosen candidate will be supporting Nulogic in their opening Alternate Provision (AP) Academy in Warwickshire. The candidate must have previous experience working amongst challenging, disengaged learners in a setting such as a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), Inclusion Centre or an AP.
Nulogics AP Academy will be open from May 2018 and will be working with KS3 learners with the aim of helping them to reintegrate back onto their full timetables. Nulogics AP Academy will help to develop learners soft skills through various sessions and activities and learners will also be completing the Sports Leadership qualification.
The chosen candidate will be supporting the opening of Nulogics AP Academy from May 2018 until the end of the 2017/18 academic year. The chosen candidate will be supported with a clear and ambitious career path whereby they will have the opportunity to supervise their own AP Academy from September 2018.
The role and its career path are strongly mirrored with a progressive, ambitious and generous pay structure which matches the responsibilities undertaken by the candidate. With the relevant previous experience and a full bespoke training programme from Nulogic, the candidate will be ready to supervise their own centre from September 2018 (where the candidates salary will be revised and improved).
