When customers bring their vehicles into one of our Centres for service or repair, their first point of contact is our Service Department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide administrative and sales support to our Service Team so they can ensure our customers are receiving the service we strive to provide.
As our administrator your role will include:
Support and development into the Deputy for our upsell Specialist
Ensuring jobs are invoiced
Attending to departmental Admin Tasks
Liaising with service advisors and other internal departments.
The successful applicant will be customer focussed, smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner. You must have the ability to follow processes, input data accurately and ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
This is a busy and interesting role that will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join the Listers Group. Previous aftersales experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
The working hours for this role are: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
