Las Iguanas Location:
As the engine room of our restaurants our kitchens are busy, high pressured environments to work in. As a chef your mission is to prepare fresh food every day in advance of the busy shifts, in line with all of the company recipes and specifications. As the kitchen manager on duty you will also need to ensure the team around you are also following all of the relevant standards too! You need to be super speedy as you will only have minutes to put together a dish and you will need to deal with a relentless stream of orders too. Being super organised and calm under pressure is a must!
What does each stage of our recruitment process look like?
You will get a call from us (to chat through your application)
You will meet with one of our recruitment team (your 1st interview)
You will meet with an Operations Manager (Your Ops Interview!)
You experience a taste of Las Iguanas (An ´On-Shift Assessment´)
Are you a General Manager of a Head Chef? Then you will also meet with our Director of operations (your final interview)
If successful, you will recieve an offer!
