Nexus ICA offers a BA (Hons) in Popular Music and Worship in partnership with the University of West London. The course is designed to educate the whole person for work within the music industry and/or Christian ministry. This is a unique opportunity to bring organisation and structure with creativity and flair to a crucial area of Operations within the Institute.
About the Role
Nexus ICA is looking to appoint a proactive, organised and dedicated individual to work as the Site Services Administrator. Working primarily with the Senior Administrator and Site Services Facilitator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to all aspects of the management of the facility.
This is a pivotal role for effective communications with staff, students, contractors and the public in relation to the running of the facility. As the key point of contact for external bookings, it involves managing room hire and the administration of private teaching resources.
Other responsibilities include keeping abreast of service visits, contract and license renewals as well as maintaining the associated records required for keeping a facility operational and compliant.
We are looking for someone who:
possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
is competent in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office products.
excels at organising, planning ahead and managing a varied and complex range of tasks and responsibilities.
has an eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
experience working in an educational environment.
experience of, or aptitude for, understanding the technical nature and language of running a building and associated equipment.
a proven ability to work as part of a team.
