Account Executive

Role summary:
Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity? The role of the Account Executive is to provide support to the team to maximise the available business opportunities, providing proactive management of a portfolio of Healthcare and Wellbeing clients in a professional and compliant manner. Whilst this will be primarily a desk-based role, you will be expected to support the team by travelling occasionally to meet clients and prospects where required and to develop internal and external relationships.
You will also be expected to generate additional revenue in line with annual targets, including renewal, penetration/ development and new business targets together with a number of cross selling opportunities for other parts of JLT.

Key responsibilities:
Providing support to the team in managing an existing portfolio of accounts
Identify and follow through cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio in agreed time-scales
Evaluating potential opportunities & recommending appropriate resource
Regularly communicate progress of client relationships in a timely manner to all relevant parties
Establish client requirements through the application of agreed processes and procedures
Attend internal meetings as required
Supporting the team by attending client meetings if required

Skills required:
Ability to solve problems
Good time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Establish and manage relations with internal and external parties
Product knowledge of Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Dental Insurance, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Cash Plans
Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance, Wellbeing, Travel Insurance and Occupational Health and Wellness products would be desirable
