Accounts Assistant - (ftc)

Company: Menzies Distribution    Location: Edinburgh EH12
Accounts Assistant, Edinburgh Park, Salary dependant on experience, Fixed Term Contract - 3 months

Overview and Responsibilities:
This is an exciting and interesting role for a successful candidate to develop from either college or career break into Accounts Invoicing and Purchase Ledger as the role will require training. The role will focus on data inputting and query management of email inbox and phone.

This role is a 3 months, Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily invoices via Purchases Orders
  • Raise account queries via Email and Telephone
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Filling and scanning of documents
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies
Customer Service:
  • Strive to achieve high standard of customer service
  • Attention to detail
Process:
  • Comply with procedures for Accounts
  • Open to changing processes
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
  • Experience with Excel and Outlook (Desirable)
  • Experience in Office, Customer Service or Accounting roles (Desirable)
  • Experience in using a Financial package such as SAP (Desirable)
