The Administrator will provide clerical, and administrative support as part of the wider Glasgow Office Team. The role plays a vital part in the smooth-running of the office and includes the coordination and implementation of the office procedures.
Candidates will have strong knowledge of office administration and will be proficient in the use of office equipment e.g. fax; printers/copiers; franking machine, telephone. Candidates will also hold proficient PC skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook/Email, Excel, CRM/NAV etc., to produce correspondence, documents, records, spreadsheets and databases.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years administration experience within a busy, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a customer facing role and will have the ability to empathetically deal with a range of customers, clients and suppliers. Moreover, the successful candidate will have good analytical and problem solving skills and have the ability to work on their own and use their own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
