Customer Service Advisor

Company: Pertemps Network Group    Location: Glasgow
Our client who is based within a highly regarded public sector organization, have a temporary role for a Customer Service Advisor. This is role attracts a pay rate of £8.95 per hour and is based in Glasgow City Centre. The hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Main purpose of role:
To work within the Business Development & Customer Support team to deliver high-quality, continually improving, efficient and responsive services to customers

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
  • Deal with external and internal customers, providing help, advice and guidance on the organisations products and services by telephone, in writing, by email and face to face (walk in visitors)
  • Accurately record data utilising relevant database systems and software packages
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a fast paced customer service/contact centre environment,
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Able to provide excellent first class customer service support by telephone, in writing and face to face
  • Able to deal effectively with difficult customers
  • Able to handle/respond to callers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Able to resolve enquiries at first touch or accurately route incoming communication
  • High degree of computer literacy
