Anderson Knight Location:
Anderson Knight is currently recruiting for a HR Systems Specialist to join our client on a 3-6 month contract basis. The purpose of this role will be to support the organisation in their implementation of a new HR System and also help train existing employees. The ideal candidate will possess previous HR System implementation experience and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
The main duties and responsibilities for this role are wide ranging, however, a selection of duties have been listed below; Implementation of the new HR System across the business Creating process maps and test scripts Schedule training and e-learning events when applicable to up-skill employees Work with the existing HR team and update core employee data Support the wider HR function with ad-hoc system requests
Skills and Experience; Extensive implantation skills and previous experience working in HR Excellent analytical and numeracy skills Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Project management experience Exceptional knowledge of integrated HR Systems and reporting software Previous experience of using Sage People highly desirable Strong attention to detail when processing large volumes of data Excellent communications skills and be able to explain complex matters in an easy to understand way Problem solving skills
