Margaret Hodge Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client based in East Kilbride.
We are looking for a highly skilled administrator (preferably within a manufacturing/industrial background) who is immediately available.
Monday to Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm
TEMP TO PERM CONTRACT.
Minimum of 1 year experience working as a skilled administrator required.
Maintenance of up to date holiday charts.
Send all self certs/Fit notes/ holiday forms to HR.
Collation of QHSE information for the site as required.
Maintenance of training records/laision with training department.
Raising invoice/purchase orders
Collation of drawings and maintenance of drawing record system
Opening of mail for site/distribution
Ordering stationary/buffets etc
Welcoming of visitors
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (word/excel/powerpoint)
Knowledge of SAP
Good attendence/timekeeping record
