Due to ongoing growth we are looking to recruit more document production specialists to join our team in Glasgow. The role is to provide a consistent, professional and accurate document production for lawyers that are based in offices across the UK. You will be required to produce and amend correspondence, documents, reports, emails, deeds and attachments from a variety of different clients. You will need to have a very good eye for detail and will need fast and accurate word processing skills as well as an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You will have great document production and audio typing experience. We would say that legal experience is essential but clearly we would be mad not to meet with you if you can demonstrate that you are a quick learner with a superb grasp of grammar and Word.

Our offices are open between the hours of Monday to Friday 7am to 11pm and Saturday / Sunday 9am to 5pm, so we have a variety of shift patterns to suit everyone; full time, part time and flexible hours we will have something that suits you.
