Central Property Contracts Ltd are an ambitious and expanding property maintenance/repair contractor.
We are looking for an additional member to join our clerical team.
The role will involve directly assisting our office manager with the following:
Logging of purchase orders including issuing purchase order numbers to our trades people
Logging of estimate and repair instructions
Opening and distributing mail.
Typing of invoices, estimates, reports etc.
Logging of time sheets
Telecommunication with clients and suppliers
Logging of purchase and sales invoices
Various other clerical duties.
We are looking for an ambitious, pro-active, organised and enthusiastic candidate to join our team.
Experience in the use of Excel and Word is preferred.
Working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break between 1pm to 1.30pm.

Salary: £8.50 /hour
