Sales Consultant

Company: Swarovski    Location: Glasgow
To act as a Brand Ambassador for the business and to provide the Circle of Excellence customer
service and selling proposition to our customers. A daily focus on meeting KPIs and objectives set for
you by your manager and the business to ensure organisational efficiency and constant personal and
professional development.



  • To ensure a consistent delivery of the Circle of Excellence and Swarovskis Brand Values
  • To offer the Be Swarovski or SCS loyalty programme to all customers that qualify
  • To ensure all company procedures relating to Health & Safety, till operation, security, stock
management, HR processes and opening / closing procedures are upheld
  • To control stock losses by ensuring that all procedures relating to receipt, handling, storage
and security procedures are carried out correctly as directed by management
  • To ensure that any customer complaint or query is dealt with efficiently and in accordance
with company procedures and escalated to management as necessary
  • To maintain stock levels in accordance with the company visual merchandising guidelines
  • To ensure that a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping is maintained within the
boutique/concession through established cleaning routines
  • To maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professional behaviour ensuring
representation of the brand at all times
  • To ensure fully aware of new product lines and have a comprehensive understanding of the
product features and benefits as to provide accurate information when discussing with
  • Flexible to participates in special events, promotions and stock takes outside of normal
trading hours
  • To be available to work additional hours to include, evenings, weekends, late nights and bank
holidays as required by the boutique and business.
