Sales And Purchase Administrator

Company: Powwow    Location: Kingston upon Hull

Powwow are currently looking for an enthusiastic sales and purchase administrator for our client, a leading fabrication and welding specialist in Hull.

The main purpose of the sales and purchase administrator is to give financial and organisational support to the company to ensure its running effectively.

The main responsibilities of the sales and purchase administrator are-

-Credit control, sales, and Purchase ledger

-Procurement of materials

-Inputting hours on to the systems and checking against reports

-Checking and reporting the costs and producing sales invoices

-Supporting managers in preparing/sending of quotes

-Ensuring Health and safety, quality and environmental procedures are adhered to

-General office duties.

The Sales and purchase administrator must have-

-Excellent communication skills

-Enjoying a fast-paced environment

-Ability to work under pressure

-Excellent organisation skills

-Be a team player

Qualifications-

-Maths and English GCSE (Or Equivalent) A-C

-AAT level 2 (and above)

-NVQ 2 in business administration (desirable)

-Must have Sage line 50/Job Costing/Payroll experience

-Computer Literate with Microsoft packages

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £7.50 to £11.00 /hour
