Administrator

Company: Alsim System Building Ltd    Location: Kingston upon Hull
To work for a leading manufacturer of secure accommodation, offering an extensive range of superior quality Unit and Modular product ranges based in Hull, East Yorkshire .

  • Duties include:
To provide administrative, organisational and general support to all aspects of the business; in particular the Sales and Purchasing Departments.
The position requires a good degree of numeracy, attention to detail and good working knowledge of Microsoft packages as well as general administration experience.
The role will require a supportive and flexible attitude to tasks along with the ability to work as part of a team; duties will include that of the Receptionist/Administrator Level 1 in their absence.

Monthly Wage: Negotiable depending on experience
Working 5 days per week - 40 hours per week - 8am 5pm
