Hr Administrator

Company: Signal Traffic Management    Location: Avenue

Signal TM are looking for someone join our fast growing team to provide assistance to management relating to all aspects of Human Resources. As the ideal candidate you will liaise with our external HR provider, implementing new processes and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Health & Safety information for all new tender business
  • Work closely with our Senior Management team and Board of Director
  • Conduct all inductions for new employees and co-ordinate and conduct training ensuring all staff are compliant with H&S procedures
  • Identify training needs and carry out inductions, ensure staff follow training programmes, organise training internal / external
  • Streamline policies, handbooks, Risk assessments, Safe systems of work, Interpretation of legislation, Selection and use of risk control measure, Environmental aspects and impacts
  • Ensure management team are fully compliant
  • Work closely and effectively with the senior management team to ensure the HR, H&S and business strategy are aligned
  • Responsible for developing good practice and driving the staff cultural vision and values though appropriate training /meetings/ comms
  • Chair health & safety monthly meetings with the entire workforce
  • Log HR information & Work with external HR partner to ensure full HR compliance
  • Work with our advisory bodies in all aspects of HR & H&S Occupational Health and referrals
  • Produce HR reports as required including analysis of absence reports and monthly headcounts
  • Managing end to end recruitment process, Probation reviews, Disciplinary procedures, capability & grievance hearings, recruitment & selection
  • Analysing reports and trends and assist with people and performance management
  • Looking into all HR files and ensuring that they are up to speed
  • Supporting Managers to ensure they are trained to deal with employees
  • Provide a comprehensive generalist HR service & Monitor attendance, sickness, skills accomplished & training
  • Carry out back to work interviews and exit interviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year
