Project Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organise all types of projects and project reporting. This role sits within a brand new team and will give you the opportunity to shape the role and build new processes. Working in an Agile environment, you will be working with Jira & Confluence day to day and will also gain exposure to Intelligence tools being utilised within Equifax.

The role of the Project Coordinator is to support the EU IT Delivery Continuous Improvement team. The role will include tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and deliverables; programme level risk co-ordination; coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles; production of department level Dashboards; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements.

Responsibilities
Measure and report on project performance
Designing, establishing and developing reporting standards
Monitor project progress
Reviewing and reporting the department´s budget and finances
Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
Checking the efficiency of programs and ensuring that execution of the programs is successful and fast
Providing effective support to the project manager in implementation of concepts and completing tasks on time to meet strict deadlines
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Assist and monitor project closures

Experience required for the Project Coordinator:
Proven work experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst or similar role
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong communication skills and experience managing internal stakeholders
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA)

Experience desired for the Project Coordinator:
Experience in an IT based role or environment
Exposure to or experience with Agile delivery methodologies
Strong Excel skills
