We´ve realigned HR to successfully deliver the People Strategy and we´re looking for HR professionals who are keen to be part of this next chapter for our team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Specialist Recruitment team based in our Leeds office on a 6 month FTC basis. We are looking for someone who will mould this role into their own, while still supporting the team in succeeding overall objectives, focusing on attraction, assessment, candidate management and pre-employment screening.
What You´ll be doing as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant
Create and advertise positions, sourcing appropriate candidates
Assess and score candidates online applications, conduct telephone interviews/screening and undertake background checks to assess their capability/suitability on set criteria
Support candidates and stakeholders with query management, issue resolution and appropriate advice/feedback throughout the recruitment process and really care about the service you offer
Schedule candidate interviews against availability of hiring managers, ensuring a full brief to all parties has been given prior to Assessment Centre
Ensure recruitment systems are up to date and that candidate statuses are correct, which is important for MI purposes
Continuously look for and highlight ways we can improve the processes and services we offer to candidates and stakeholders
Manage risk by providing advice, ensuring results are consistent and fair
Be an effective member of the Candidate Services team and the wider Resourcing Delivery team
Prioritise and manage own workloads effectively, ensuring SLAs are adhered to
Skills & Qualities You´ll Need
Previous experience of working in a Recruitment environment is essential
Operational experience of conducting interviews and managing candidate queries
Experience in sourcing candidates through innovative attraction methods
Recruitment, Candidate and Demand management knowledge
High attention to detail during checking process of candidate background data
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours which fall between 8am 5pm
