We have a new opportunity for a Service Excellence Specialis on a part ime basis, (25 hours per week), to join our team in Leeds, where you will be responsible for resolving client and linguist issues in a timely and efficient manner, whilst proactively contributing to the improvement of quality and service delivery in the business.
You will be the central point of contact in operations for all customer and linguist experience related issues, having accountability for the swift resolution of complaints and issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service and a flair for investigation and resolution of complex queries. Your communication skills will be second to none with an empathetic approach to customers.
