This opportunity would suit an an administrator looking to take the next step in their career with a view to longer-term growth with management responsibility. Whilst the business is a leader within its field, boasting six offices nationally with plans afoot to open a seventh overseas in the coming months. Due to growth, the addition of a new member will support the team in respect of streamlining processes, checking applications, undertaking relevant due diligence and offering general administrative support across the business whilst supporting the team.
Whether you are dealing with clients, internal staff or troublesome tasks, you will need a mature head and some big shoulders (but a charm to match!). Effective communication and an aptitude for people management is vital. Customers will often be apologetic, sad, happy, friendly (or not so!) and for this reason, you will need to be ready and willing to offer unbiased responses to a diverse range of customers.
The team is a tight unit who combine a strong work ethic alongside office humour therefore an individual who is easy going, able to forge close relations with clients and colleagues respectively is vital to the overall success.
