Children & Families Location:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Child Health and Disability Social Work Service (CHAD) for the post of social worker. CHAD is a city wide social work service with three area based teams who work specifically with children and young people with complex needs where their disability is impacting on their ability to have opportunities to be safe, develop skills for life and be part of their local community growing up. This is an exciting opportunity to make a contribution to shaping our children and family centred complex needs social work service. We are looking for candidates who are committed to good quality services who are able to work in partnership with children, young people and their families, to enable positive outcomes within the ambition for a child friendly city. Our vision is to ensure that vulnerable children and young people in the city receive excellent social work.
