In this key role you will:
Provide a Bureau payroll service to customers in line with current operational procedures.

Some of the main accountabilities will include:
All Aspects of processing payroll on computerized payroll systems
Be up to date with HMRC current legislation
Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines are essential
Provide the correct level of service in line with individual customer agreement and also ensure department SLAs are achieved
Deal with queries in line with set procedures
Resolution of issues or escalation to manager if necessary
General administration
Processing P11ds
