Analyst In Central Legal Team

Company: Eversheds Sutherland    Location: Leeds
The individual will report to the team leader of the Central Legal Team, who will provide support and co-ordinate the training required for the role. With the support provided the individual will be expected to take ownership of their workload and fully support the department/team’s objectives.

You will be expected to deliver work to a very high standard and in a timely and professional manner and when necessary escalating issues to your Team Leader/product champion.

• Working non-complex legal work with a consistently high level of accuracy.

• Producing consistent high quality work
Skills and experience: • Basic essential skill-set required, but not limited to;
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly around typing skills and accuracy reviewing documents
• Experience of working in a high volume environment to set deadlines
• Excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar
• Strong problem solving abilities, with minimal day to day line manager support.
• Able to identify & escalate potential issues immediately providing recommendations for solution(s) to line manager.
• Ability to demonstrate and prove his/her capabilities in driving business and team/work-stream SLAs on a daily/weekly basis.
• Identify and take ownership of work that sits outside of the BAU norm.
• Extremely strong Customer Service skills (evidenced in interview) and able to drive this attitude/behaviour within a team.
• Has experience of providing support and day to day ownership of incoming work.
• Able to demonstrate customer service and administration experience.
• Experience of working within a legal environment is desirable.
