About the New Vehicle Data Coordinator role:
Our client is looking for an NVD coordinator to join their team as a data specialist- They are looking for an entry level candidate with great attention to detail, who can analyse data effectively, possessing a desire for improving process. You will need a willingness to learn more about the automotive industry!

Key accountabilities of the New Vehicle Data Coordinator:
Ensure that our client produces accurate products within agreed Service Levels.

Drive product quality for all customers

Assist in developing & refining efficiencies within the department

Manage and resolve queries

Build effective relationships with suppliers to ensure our client maintains market leadership.

Processes New Vehicle data to agreed standard and volumes.

Checks quality and accuracy of work processed by Third Party suppliers.

Delivers accurate products to our client`s Customers

Identify & deliver product and service improvements.

Identify & deliver process & cost efficiency gains

Maintain good relations with all information provider.

Produce, review and maintain a personal development plan

Experience required for the New Vehicle Data Coordinator role:

Proven track record of successful Data Quality Control

Proven track record of successful 3 rd party relationship building

Proven track record of successful query & issue resolution

Ability to use Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level

Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products

Able to work as part of a team.

Enthusiastic and positive

Successful relationship building

Process driven and organized

Clear analytical thought process and a high standard of numeracy and literacy

Excellent problem-solving skills
