Customer Service Administrator - Leeds City Centre

Our Client is a market leader within the textiles and hygiene industry, and are looking to expand the service they provide to their clients. The customer service administrator role will be pivotal to ensure this happens

Job Description Key Responsibilities Include
  • Support clients incoming contacts via phone and e-mail, responding in a professional and efficient manor at all times
  • Working closely with a dedicated Customer Service Executive to allow clients to receive a consistent approach
  • Process incoming client orders, liaising with different teams to ensure smooth process from order to delivery
  • Make amendments to clients accounts, adding and removing service offerings based on the clients needs
  • Take a proactive approach to any client issues, removing problems before they escalate and take action to stop issues re-occurring
  • Demonstrate business values throughout all actions with clients, positively representing company beliefs
