Over the next five years we plan to expand further, to increase our stock, and consolidate our offering within our current service areas. We aim to deliver value for money, while building at least 500 new homes a year, and continuing to raise our standards

We currently have an opportunity for an Income Assistant to join our dedicated team in the Midlands and we really want to hear from you if;
You are a team player with the ability to assist customer with rent and service charge enquiries;
Are customer focused with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships;
Have an organised approach to work with effective time management skills;
Have the ability to assist the Income team in the collection of data and production of regular reports.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as an integral part of a dedicated Income team. You will provide support and assistance to a team of Income officers.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player who puts customers first, will be qualified to a English and Maths GCSE standard or equivalent as a minimum and will have a positive ´can do´ attitude. You will be highly organised with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement and will be strong at problem solving abilities. Being capable of working to deadlines is essential as is having an understanding of good practice in income management and customer care.
