Part Time Team Leader

Job Summary

The Part Time Team Leader, will be responsible for directly, managing and leading a team of front line customer service agents, within a busy customer facing environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Daily briefing of key messages and targets to the team, to motivate, engage and gain full buy in for the shift ahead

Monitoring team and individual performance through observation and call listening

Collating key performance statistics and identifying any key issues, with clear action taken to address on both an individual and team basis

Monitor the customer service performance delivered by your team, recognising those who have performed well and creating action plans for those that need extra support

Qualifications and Skills

2 years experience of managing a team in a sales or customer service fast paced environment.
