An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Assistant Manager to work within the Mountsorrel Electrical Department.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, duties for the Electrical Assistant Manager will include making schedules, assigning work and identifying training opportunities for employees. Motivating a team of Maintenance Electricians to increase their productivity and meet work goals through the use of KPI´s.
To ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations. The Electrical Assistant manager will plan and design site electrical system installations/modifications, offering support with troubleshooting and repair as needed.
Ideally the successfull candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, and hold a minimum of HNC/D in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in HV would also be an advantage.
