Project Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Project Administrator to work for a Leicester company providing project co-ordination and administrative support for two major projects that the company is managing.

The post is to begin as soon as possible and the working hours are ideally 09:00am - 17:00pm.

The end date for the role will be the end of March 2018 and could possibly be extended if extra funding obtained.

Duties and responsibilities

Provide co-ordination and administrative support to all aspects of project delivery, including processing of financial information, liaising with project stakeholders and funders, producing reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to support project delivery and for gathering and sharing of information for a wider range of audiences.
Co-ordinate and support internal and external meetings and events, including note taking.

Skills and experience

Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a range of audiences.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Highly developed digital skills that include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media.
Ability to follow a brief independently with confidence, accuracy and speed.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively to deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience of project support/admin work would be desirable though not essential.
