A retail brand with a long standing reputation for quality products is recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis. Starting immediately, this position will directly support the logistics operations team and will require a highly organised individual with experience using excel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and create logs in the inbound logistics system
- Manage daily warehouse capacity
- Work & build relationships with various teams across the business
- Update & maintain all documentation and procedures
- Analyse reports, identify risks and find solutions!
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent coordination & organisational skills with ability to prioritise work load
- Good Excel skill set to analyse information
- Thrive in fast paced environments
