Responsibilities and Duties
To lead, manage and motivate individuals within the key accounts team, to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to key account customers, whilst ensuring revenue´s are maximised and key performance standards are achieved.
Qualifications and Skills
2 years experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment.
1 year experience of people management within a customer focussed environment, with evidence of coaching, leading and developing team members.
Experience of using a CRM system.
