Weekend Team Leader

Responsibilities and Duties

To lead and manage a team of Customer Service Agents, ensuring customer service levels are achieved through:

  • Daily team briefings, communicating all key messages and targets clearly and gaining buy in
  • Allocating daily operational tasks to team members, ensuring all team members are fully aware of how they need to perform
  • Ensure working shift has adequate cover at the appropriate times to ensure service levels are achieved
  • Listen to team calls to monitor performance and coach immediately to ensure performance is improved
  • Observe team members and ensure adequate training and coaching is carried out to
  • Motivate team members, to ensure they are fully engaged and build team spirit
  • Recognise great performance through the reward and incentive scheme
  • Deal with any escalated queries and concerns inline with company policy

Please note you will need to commit to working both a Saturday and Sunday day shift.

Qualifications and Skills

2 years team management experience within a customer facing environment


25 days holiday
