Customer Service Advisor (£7.5 to £8.50 p/h) + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to work with one of the UKs most popular national wholesale suppliers of premium homeware products, CIMC Home. In line with the companys rapid growth we are now looking to recruit a confident and motivated individual who has good organisational skills and is sales driven. The successful candidate will focus on providing excellent, after-sales service and researching and finding new customers in the market.
- Responsible for providing all aspects of after sales service by calling customers on periodical basis.
- Up-selling and cross selling products over the phone
- Calling customers during promotions and offers
- Attending various exhibitions throughout the year (Weekend work requires)
- Preparing various reports
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills, extremely fluent in both spoken and written English
- Dealt in a B2B environment
- Should have previous Customer service experience (Minimum 1 year) (Furniture / Lighting industry would be an advantage)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Computer literate - comfortable working with standard Microsoft packages especially Excel

- 20 Hours per week, from 9.00 am until 1:15 pm Monday to Friday (with 15 minutes unpaid break)
