Barista / Manager

Job Summary

To manage our new mobile coffee vehicle, the profits from which will help support the work of The Bridge Homelessness to Hope Leicester, a local charity created to support homeless, vulnerably housed and socially isolated people in Leicester.

We have a guaranteed pitch with good footfall but would expect our Barista to help grow, develop and manage the enterprise to include further vehicles over time. He or she will be rewarded appropriately. Barista experience will be valuable, though full training will be given. It is essential that the Barista is sympathetic to our cause and has the heart to help those less fortunate. He or she will be rewarded with OTE of £25,000 with earnings growth as the business develops. Social Media skills will be a great advantage. Responsibilities and Duties

To manage all aspects of the daily routine for the vehicle. Initially the role will be hands-on as the Barista but as he/she develops and expands the business he/she will help recruit and manage other Baristas.

To promote develop the business by finding events suitable for a mobile coffee vehicle.

To keep accurate records and liaise with the directors of the Bridge to Hope Community Interest Company.

To build good relationships with suppliers and event organisers.
