Part time/casual staff required
Flexible to work 7 days a week and at short notice between 8am - 10.30pm sometimes later due to functions and weddings.
Staff must have some general cellar knowledge, be able to take orders and process through the till system, serve food and beverages to a high standard with great customer care.
Stock shelves using date rotation.
Describe and recommend Food & Beverages, prepare hot and cold beverages, prepare tables for meals including setting up and clearing down, keeping the club house and restaurant clean and tidy at all times.
Need to be able to work as team and help co-workers to improve workflow and customer service.
Preferably can drive due to the location of work
