Mobile Caretaker

Mobile Caretaker Temporary position for up to 6 months

Marybone House, Liverpool - Covering North West

£17,823 per annum (rising to £18,761 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance) pro rata

40 hours per week

The Mobile Caretaker will work within a 30 mile radius of Liverpool mainly covering the Merseyside and Chester areas and will carry out a range of Cleaning tasks including; clearing, cleaning and gardening. If you possess experience within a cleaner or caretaker role and are passionate about working to high standards, this may be the role for you.

The role of Mobile Caretaker will include
Providing an effective service by clearing void properties of all waste, cleaning the area and general caretaking/grounds maintenance duties such as gardening
Ensuring properties and communal areas are in line with health and safety requirements
Identifying potential faults, ensuring they are reported and monitored
Communicating with internal and external customers in a professional manner and providing accurate information to queries
Maintaining a steady supply of relevant stock and ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a suitable condition
Where appropriate, supporting planned maintenance programmes

Skills and experiences
Experience within in a similar role e.g. worked previously for a Housing association or property services company providing void cleaning, caretaking and grounds maintenance.
A basic working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
Experience of working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A proactive working approach and the ability to work independently
A van will be provided for business use, therefore a Full UK driving licence is essential
