We are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist on behalf of a well established Accountancy firm. Superbly located in Liverpool City Centre with a great office environment.

Duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all callers to the building
  • Answering all incoming calls and transferring accordingly
  • Managing meeting room diaries
  • Organising all post
  • Dealing with stationery and refreshment orders
  • Occasionally typing documents when required

Applicants should have experience in a similar role with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Hours of work: 09:00 - 17:00, Mon-Fri. 30 minutes for lunch
Along with dress down Fridays; a generous holiday bonus scheme

Rate of pay: £16,000 per annum
