Business Portfolio Governance And Control Manager

About the role

The role of the Business Portfolio Governance Manager within Customer Service is to manage all aspects of Business Portfolio Governance, including:
Governance & Control
In line with the existing portfolio governance framework this role will be responsible for the production and delivery of exec packs for the various board meeting, responsible for accurately capturing actions and minutes within exec meetings, issue the outputs and coordinate the completion of actions.

Contract Coordination
Assist senior leadership team and the commercial contract team with administrative support, raising contract change notes where appropriate, liaising with Outsourced SD Operations and coordinating their lifecycle through to completion.

Collaborative Communication for CST and Outsourced SD Operations
Manage internal communications for CST, with a specific focus on driving a collaborative approach to communications and engagement within Outsourced SD Operations. This role will also manage internal communications regarding CST and Outsourced SD Operations within the wider Shop Direct business.

Operational Readiness
Own the delivery of change and operational readiness through the execution of Operational Readiness best practices, assuring the defining and delivery of all associated process changes for new product developments, enhancements, change and transformation initiatives
About you

You will be from Project Management office background and have at least one years experience.
Here at Shop Direct, things move quickly, so you will be able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload, with proven ability to multi­task and effectively manage time to deliver excellent results.
You will develop reporting frameworks, produce standard project reporting templates, reviewing and challenging the content with Project Managers.
Youll be comfortable monitoring the change and transformation portfolio and individual delivery plans against key milestones and targets and provide status updates to senior stakeholders, project/programme teams and business sponsors.
An important aspect of the role will be the production of Board packs; the ability to communicate our Customer Service ambition and the progress made to deliver this for our customers is a must.
You will be innovative and ambitious in your approach, challenging current working practices, identifying opportunities and encourage ideas, contributing your own, whilst listening to others.
